LBMA Good Delivery standard requires minimum 995 fine gold (99.5% purity). 999.9 fine = 24 karat = highest purity. 995 fine = LBMA minimum for Good Delivery bars. 916 fine = 22 karat, common in jewellery but below Good Delivery standard. LCORE accepts 995+ fine bars.
